Changing Your Mind
We understand that people sometimes change their mind. We do too. That’s why we offer a generous no quibble 30 Day Return policy for items that are still unused and in their original packaging. Simply pop us an email and we will direct you on how to complete the return. We require that we receive the item within 14 days of accepting the return.
Once we receive the item we will inspect it, and if we are happy that it is still in a saleable condition as new then we will provide a full refund of your original payment cost (including economy delivery cost if present). If the products were handled more than is necessary, then we might provide a partial refund to adjust for the fact that the product cannot be sold as new. We encourage customers to ensure that the chosen delivery postal method carries enough insurance for the items in case the item is damaged or goes missing. This is especially true for high value items. We cannot refund items we do not receive.
Currently we require that buyers pay for return postage of items that are not faulty.
While you retain your right to return any item if you change your mind, we do not allow exchange of items.
All our products are genuine and sourced from official brand distribution channels. In the unlikely event that a product is not fit for purpose or faulty then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you resolve the issue.
Depending on how quickly you contact us we might offer the following solutions:
– Repair the item
– Send a replacement
– Issue a refund
To help us help you we might ask you for further details such as taking pictures of the item or describe how the product has been used. If the product has not been used as per instructions or its intended purpose, then unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any faults that arise. Also, we cannot accept products for which the buyer has made an attempt to repair without consulting us beforehand.
In most circumstances we will provide details on how you can return the faulty item to us and we will refund your return postage cost. We cannot accept faulty items 6 months after purchase. In this case you would be best served to contact the manufacturer in the first instance.
Items with Exceptions
There are certain items which due to their nature cannot be returned:
– Perishable items
– Made to order/Personalised items unless faulty
– Hygiene items that have been taken out of their packaging or had their seal broken
Once we receive a return we always send a courtesy email to the buyer.
